Bales Construction, Inc. is a Washington State corporation that began operations in April of 1989. As a small general contractor, the new company immediately set out to establish its name and reputation in the Spokane and Coeur d’Alene areas.
Primarily targeting commercial construction remodels, Bales Construction successfully completed several projects and quickly became known for its attention to detail, excellent service and quality craftsmanship.
As Bales Construction established its reputation, returning clients expressed additional facility care needs. Our diverse expertise offers solutions in all phases of facility construction and care in both the private and public sectors. You can count on Bales Construction to provide the most practical and cost-effective result to your building needs.These clients wanted the same quality and professional service for their ongoing facility care and maintenance. As a result, Bales Construction established a facility maintenance division in January of 1996 to effectively provide a proactive/reactive facility care program.
Today, Bales Construction is licensed, bonded and insured to operate in Washington, Idaho, and Oregon.
