Site: 1.8 acre parcel fronting Neider Ave. with access to 4th Street.
Project: Global Credit Union wanted a building that could serve as their “financial center” in the Coeur d’Alene market. The building would need to house a branch banking facility, as well as a commercial loan office. The intent was to design a building that would fit their present needs, but would also allow them to grow in the future. The 27,000 square foot building is comprised of two stories at 11,000 square feet, with a partial 5,000 square foot basement. Global Credit Union occupies 7,200 square feet of that space, including a Branch Banking Facility located on the ground floor.
